We literally walked in the dealership with minimal intention of buying just wanted to see the cargo capacity of a new VW Atlas. We were greeted by David F. politely and explained while we were there. He happily pulled a new Atlas up and let us take a look. My wife at that point realized it was large enough for our needs and decided to take a test drive. David happily accommodated us and answered all of our questions, and after the drive ended up negotiating and Buying a higher trim line. Through the negotiation process there wasn't a hint of pressure which we greatly appreciated from a salesman. We ended up buying that day and the whole process was truly a joy and no pressure from anyone. I personally cant stand the stereotypical pinky ring sales person high pressure which we had just received at another dealer (non VW) so we came in hot thinking we would be attacked by the same sales staff. That was really not the case David F. should be commended for his no pressure calm demeanor and just overall communication, we couldn't have been much happier.
