Manny was VERY PATIENT with me. I can be a challenge and he rose to the occasion! I am over the moon happy with my car. Manny stayed with me and showed me all the features and told me if I ever have a problem I can contact him through VW. If there were a 10 star rating Manny and VW would have received it!
